Digital Agency

A digital agency is the form factor Hendrix chose for Duodode. It is a service business that delivers Branding, AI Automation, and Digital Product Work to clients. The interesting question is not what a digital agency is in general, but why I picked this form instead of going product-first.

Why agency, not product

Products promise better long-term Leverage, but they also require time, capital, and a lot of ungrounded guessing before the market responds. An agency gives Hendrix something different:

• Direct contact with real businesses
• Fast Feedback Loops on Taste, execution, and market fit
• A way to earn while building the skills and systems that eventually support larger bets

I do not treat the agency as a consolation prize. I treat it as the right first move given my position.

The service model
