Business strategy is one of my primary interests. I read, thinks, and operates through a strategic lens. It is not a hobby topic. It is how I decide what to do and what to ignore.
What it means to me
Strategy is the work of picking the right game, the right position inside it, and the right sequence of moves. Tactics are downstream. A sharp strategy makes ordinary execution look effective. A weak strategy makes great execution look wasted.
How I apply it
