Essay
Music changes the feel of a day faster than almost anything else. It can sharpen ambition, steady attention, soften a room, or push me forward when I need more force than language can give. That is why it belongs in the archive. It is not decoration around the rest of life. It is one of the things that helps set the internal climate.
The Spotify exports make that even clearer. My listening is steady, discovery-heavy, and broader than one lane. There is room here for older music, rap, grime and drill, jazz house, Latin moods, and instrumental calm. I do not want this category to become a dump of random songs I happened to play once. I want it to hold the sounds that actually stayed and the patterns that explain why they stayed.
