Dubai

Dubai is my base. It is where I live, build Duodode, and operate from. For me, Dubai is not a backdrop. It is a deliberate coordinate: the arena I chose to build inside.

Why Dubai

It sits at a useful intersection: fast-moving business culture, global reach, tax environment friendly to builders, and a concentration of people who think in terms of scale and leverage. For someone with serious ambition and a build and ship instinct, that environment matches.

Dubai as leverage

• Access to clients across multiple regions.
• A setting where Ambition is normal, not unusual.
• Infrastructure that supports remote, digital work.
• A pace that rewards execution.

Dubai as arena

It is also a place that rewards seriousness and punishes fluff over time. Lots of noise, lots of performance, and underneath that, real operators doing real work. I aim to belong in the second group.

The move from Vietnam

I came from Vietnam. Dubai is not a rejection of origin. It is an extension of what that practical, outcome-driven mindset can reach when placed in a bigger arena. Home in the full sense still contains both.

What Dubai is not

• An aesthetic I am performing.
• A status location I moved to for show.
• A short phase.

It is a working base, chosen for operational reasons.
