The Tipping Point — Malcolm Gladwell
A nonfiction book about how ideas, trends, and behaviors spread through society.
Essay
I remember this book less as a rigid theory and more as a way of seeing spread, influence, and momentum. It made me pay more attention to how small things sometimes scale through networks rather than through force.
That matters because I am already interested in Growth, Scale, and Leverage. The book gave that interest a more social texture. Not everything compounds because it is bigger. Sometimes it compounds because it hits the right structure at the right moment.
