I associate this book with Rachel, because she introduced me to it, but it stayed because it is such a brutal case study in what happens when narrative outruns reality. The startup world can get intoxicated by vision, charisma, and language. This book is what it looks like when that process goes rotten.
That is why it belongs close to Execution Over Talk and Substance Over Noise for me. I am interested in ambition, but only when it can survive truth. Bad Blood sharpened my distrust of polished certainty and made the lessons of Uncertainty feel even more practical.
