Who He Is
Jake is one of the early people in Duodode and the person most closely tied to the UX side of the team. He brings a balancing quality that matters more than it looks from the outside.
The Balancing Force
In a team, some people increase intensity. Jake usually regulates it. He has a calm, easy way of interacting that helps keep disagreements from becoming bigger than they need to be.
That does not mean he lacks a point of view. He has one. It just arrives without extra friction.
Taste in the Work
He also has his own eye. It is there in how he thinks about interface decisions, how he responds to visual choices, and how he keeps building his sense of Taste over time. That is why he fits naturally beside UX Thinking.
I value him because he brings both human balance and aesthetic sensitivity into the team. Work feels lighter around him, and that matters.
