What I value here is the feeling of being invited into questions that are bigger than ordinary life usually allows. Time, origin, black holes, the structure of reality itself. Even when the science stretches me, the scale of inquiry is part of the attraction.
This book belongs naturally beside Space, Astronomy, and Wonder. It feeds the part of me that wants perspective through science, not only through philosophy. Some books make the world feel more intimate. This one makes it feel larger and stranger in the best way.
