Growth is one of my core orientations. I am serious about it on both sides: personal growth and business growth. For me, the two feed each other.

Why both matter together

Business growth without personal growth produces a brittle operator. Personal growth without business growth produces a well-read underachiever. I want neither. I want Compounding on both axes at once.

The filter

Not all growth counts. He filters for growth that is:

• Tied to ROI
• Connected to my Core Drives

Growth for its own sake is closer to motion than progress.
