Growth
Growth
Growth is one of my core orientations. I am serious about it on both sides: personal growth and business growth. For me, the two feed each other.
Personal growth
- Sharper Competence across Design, Tech, and Business Strategy
- Sharper Clarity through Philosophy, Books, and Long-form Thinking
- Better English, eventual fluency in Spanish, see Duolingo Streak
- Running as a mental reset
- Continuous reading and reflection
Growth here is a practice, not an event.
Business growth
- Duodode scaling through Systems, Productized Services, and AI Automation
- Revenue growth tied to real Business Value, not inflation
- Market presence earned through Taste and track record
- Long-term compounding toward Millionaire Goal and beyond
Why both matter together
Business growth without personal growth produces a brittle operator. Personal growth without business growth produces a well-read underachiever. I want neither. I want Compounding on both axes at once.
The filter
Not all growth counts. He filters for growth that is:
- Grounded in reality
- Tied to ROI
- Connected to my Core Drives
Growth for its own sake is closer to motion than progress.
