AI automation is one of Duodode's four service lines and one of my most practical bets on where leverage is moving. It is not a trend I follow. It is a layer I build with.
How I think about it
AI is leverage. Automation is leverage. AI automation is the two compounded. A client that replaces manual workflows with well-designed automated ones gets back time, cuts error rates, and opens Scale that headcount alone cannot match.
I use AI Tools in my own work to learn faster, think more clearly, and ship more. I see no reason businesses should not get the same advantage.
What it covers at Duodode

Why it belongs inside the agency
Most branding or design shops cannot ship automation. Most automation shops have no Taste. Duodode sits in the middle: the same team that designs a clean brand and builds a sharp website also builds the AI workflow that actually moves the business. That integration is the point. The ROI lens
I evaluate every automation through ROI. An automation that saves a few hours a week is a weak sell. An automation that compresses an entire function, removes a hiring need, or unlocks a new channel is real Leverage. Duodode's work is aimed at the latter.
What I avoid
- AI work that is a demo, not a system
- "AI features" that exist for marketing, not outcomes
- Over-engineered pipelines where a simple script would do
