Digital Marketing

Digital Marketing

Digital Marketing marks a real shift in how I started working. Moving into it felt like stepping closer to ideas I already cared about: messaging, presentation, positioning, audience, and the question of what actually makes someone pay attention.

It also came after Trade Marketing, which meant I could feel the contrast. Trade marketing taught me the physical side of commercial work. Digital marketing moved me toward language, systems, experiments, and faster feedback.

This category matters because several important people entered my life around it. It is part of how I met Brian, and it is also part of the context around working with Lily. In both cases, the work became more than the job itself. It turned into a surface for learning how to think, explain, and build.

I do not see digital marketing as only a technical function. When done well, it sharpens taste, business judgment, and Clarity. It forces you to care about what reaches people and what gets ignored.
